The email address is techsupport at etrade dot com (not allowed to actually put the email here) . I've emailed but gotten no response. I'm honestly not sure how to proceed at this point, I don't know if I need to get an attorney to draft a letter or what since etrade has apparently hijacked my account at this point.
How to switch phones for 2FA with Etrade Account? I recently got a new phone and would like to switch VIP access to the new one. I went to the security settings and added a new authenticator. However, there is no way to switch to switch to the new authenticator.

Hello everyone, I had to reset my phone recently and reinstall the Symantec VIP Access app, I think this unlinked my device from the E*TRADE 2FA system. Now, I'm unable to login with my password and security code, it says I've not entered the correct security code. Any idea how I can reset my 2 factor authentication which would let me login to my account again?
For some reason e-trade is asking me to confirm my identity by typing in a code from the SMS sent to me. I tried the only two numbers I had and neither is receiving the SMS. What are my other options to confirm the identity?
If you having issues with loading certain aspects on etrade it may be your browser. My portfolio and my options information were not loading when i logged to my account through chrome. I logged in through Internet Explorer and everything works fine. Hope this helps somebody.
Decided that increasing security on my E trade account was a good idea, and E Trade suggested Symantec’s VIP Access, so I downloaded to my iPhone. I opened it and it showed an ID and a code that changed every 30 seconds. I checked the 2 factor box at E*Trade, inserted that ID and the code and I was set. Haven't logged in my Employee stock plan in Etrade for a couple of months, if I try now, immediately after I enter user/password, it asks me for a mobile number. I punch in my number but it says it's not supported.

Krautboy06 Locked out of account because Etrade won’t accept my phone number I went to log onto my Etrade app and after logging on it asks me for my phone number for 2 factor authentication. I put my number in and it displays this screen. I’m 18 so my dad still pays for my phone number but it’s the only number I have.
