I’ve got some big wall free climbing goals this fall that I’m getting more excited about, so I’ve been doing my best to focus my training in the short time between now and then. In general my biggest weakness when at my limit is power endurance to the point where it’s not uncommon for me to make it through a crux and still peel at the last bolt when I run out of juice.
