On September 11th, 2013, I was crowned the winner of MasterChef Season 4. In the past 11 years, many things have changed: - Cate and I now have two wonderful boys and a German Shepherd. - I started a catering company, which is still going strong. - I published a cookbook with my name and face on it, but I don’t own any rights to it—and I didn’t even get to choose the title! 😂 - I can now tell the difference between a turkey and a peacock. - I love Mexican food. I will always be deeply grateful
