I wasn’t always plus size. Most of my adult life I was a size 12… then my 40s hit, years of yo-yo dieting caught up with me and I was still carrying the baby weight and it felt like the weight showed up overnight. I hid in clothes and dressed for comfort, but it never made me feel better. So I changed it. I started confidence dressing colours, fits and outfits that actually lifted my mood.
