We did a quick thermal flame spray build up on a shaft for a customer using our @castolin_eutectic TeroDyn flame spray equipment. They want to use this new shaft for a machine rebuild but one end needs to be .002” larger to allow for a shrink fit for an old original bandsaw wheel. This was the first time I actually sprayed a shaft and did not finish it myself.
